When several households need the same job, like exterior paint, a roof or lawn care, we negotiate one group rate for everyone.
Two meetings a month is plenty
At $250 a meeting, 8 meetings in your first 6 months reaches $2,000. Twenty meetings across the year reaches $5,000.
Group deals lower the bar. If a negotiated lawn-care, internet or roofing rate saves you $1,000 to $2,000, you need only 12 to 16 meetings to reach $5,000.
